orange blossom champagne simple syrup

Use this recipe to make the Point + Kill featuring YEAR 4 Release No.2, Absinthe. This sweet simple syrup would also be great in a G&T or added to a glass of champagne for a little extra flavor.

DIRECTIONS:

  • 475g champagne

  • 150g water

  • 25g orange blossom water

  • 200g sugar

    Heat champagne, stirring until reduced to 2/3 of its original volume. Add in water, sugar, and orange blossom water. Stir until sugar dissolves. Shut off heat after sugar is dissolved and allow to cool. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer. Store in fridge.
