Featured Cocktails: Summer 2020
At The Block we get bored and we know you do too, so we switch up our menu every quarter. We take our time to debut at least 8-10 new cocktails with different seasonal flavors, exciting techniques, and some unusual flavor combinations. We think of them as having a culinary backbone especially because we do all of the juicing (think everything from carrots to cantaloupe) and all of the custom syrups (vanilla bean to lemon thyme) in house.
This summer, our team of bartenders created a couple of cocktails that we knew would be perfect sippers on the patio. With vibrant hues, seasonal fruit, and a hint of spice, get ready to tantalize your tastebuds with Money Melon and So Fresh and So Green.
Money Melon
This cocktail combines our Spring Gin with honeydew, lemon juice, and chamomile simple syrup. Served up in a coupe with a slice of dehydrated lime.
So Fresh and So Green
This cocktail combines our Vodka, elderflower liqueur, arugula juice, serrano-cilantro syrup, lemon, and lemon marmalade. Served on a rock with a jam-on-a-stick garnish.
