Recipes with Spirits: Novo Coffee Liqueur Whipped Cream
If you loved the first two videos from our bartender Liz, you’ll be happy to hear that she’s back! This time, she’s sharing a recipe that is super simple but incredibly delicious using our Novo Coffee Liqueur.

Note: If you don’t have a stand or hand mixer, this can be made using a chilled bowl and a whisk. It will take a bit of elbow grease but it will come together.
Novo Coffee Liqueur Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2-4 tablespoons The Block’s Coffee Liqueur
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
In a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, add whipping cream and coffee liqueur. Whisk on medium-high speed for 30 seconds. While running, gradually add in powdered sugar. Continue mixing until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat. Use immediately or store near the cooling air vent in your refrigerator. Whip as needed and use it within 3 to 4 days.
