225 Club YEAR 4 Release No. 1: Pepper & Lime Experimental Gin no. 2

The first release for YEAR 4 of 225 CLUB is Pepper & Lime Experimental Gin No. 2.

Serrano, tomatillo, poblano, lime, and hibiscus highlight this earthy yet bright Gin. The pepper flavor peaks on the front of the pallet followed by the tartness from the lime and hibiscus, then finishing with the dryness from the juniper.

Even with a family of seasonal gins as staples in the Tasting Room building, a new recipe is a ton of fun for us. We love figuring out how flavors balance, compliment, or conflict with each other. From building mash bills, to blending barrels, to cocktails, creating flavors is basically what we do.
