Herbal Liqueur
We won't say we unraveled the secret of the manuscript-we aren't monks and we don't have access to the French Alps. BUT we did combine an extensive list of botanicals to create a bittersweet herbal liqueur that is - some might say - a shade of green tinged with yellow. Yellow-green. Yelloish green. Paris-Green...You get it. Not for the faint of heart but most definitely capturing a bartender's heart these styles of liqueurs come into play in many classic style cocktails due to their ability to balance a drink with only minimal proportion needed. With a backstory of being used for medicinal purposes how could we NOT build our own version.
