Winter Gin
At first glance, it is shocking just in its amber hue. That color comes from the barrel it has rested in for six months. Upon the first sip, the next pleasant surprise is the flavors.
Peach Brandy Casks
Our Peach Brandy was released first as Peach Eau de Vie for 225 Club Year 1, and then Peach Brandy itself was released as a two-year aged Brandy for 225 Club Year 2. Now in Year 3, we’ve used the casks from that Peach Brandy and let our Winter Gin mingle in all those dark stone fruit sweet notes to create a gin/whiskey hybrid of peach cobbler.
