gin + tonic

Use this recipe to make a classic Gin + Tonic using Release No. 2, Experimental Gin no. 3-Herbal. We used Fever Tree’s Sparkling Cucumber to highlight the fresh green notes of the gin, while bringing a slightly dry yet refreshing quality. Amp up the aromatics by adding fresh herbs or citrus to your glass.

INGREDIENTS:

2oz Experimental Gin no. 3 - Herbal

Fever Tree Sparkling Cucumber

DIRECTIONS:

Combine tonic + gin over ice. Garnish with fresh herbs and/or citrus

basil martini

Use this recipe to make the Basil Martini cocktail using Release No. 2, Experimental Gin no. 3-Herbal.

INGREDIENTS:

2oz Experimental Gin no. 3 - Herbal

0.5oz Pinot Gris Eau De Vie

2 Large Basil leaves with stems

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass or Yari, gently muddle your basil, and give your cocktail a long stir, maybe 20 seconds. Strain in to a chilled coupe or other stemmed cocktail glass + garnish with a fresh lemon twist and/or herbs.
